Amenities
The Convention District is a first-class destination for convention-goers and meeting attendees, downtown professionals, visitors to the city and locals alike. Aside from the never-ending activity and events at Elm Street Plaza, the surrounding district features walkable entertainment and amenities including signature bars & restaurants, hotels, flexible meeting space, outdoor green space and more. Restrooms
Public restrooms are located in the pavilion. They are regularly cleaned and stocked by the Elm Street Plaza Ambassador Team and are open to the public from 6AM to 11PM daily. In the instance that an evening event is programmed at the Plaza, restrooms will close at 4PM. Restroom attendants are also on duty inside the bathrooms during larger events. Should one find the restroom closed during regular open hours, on-site Ambassadors would be happy to explain the closure and provide information about when it will reopen.
Wi-Fi
Want to access Elm Street Plaza’s free public Wi-Fi? Follow these steps:
- Open Settings app on your wireless device
- Choose “Wi-Fi” or “Wireless Networks” and make sure Wi-Fi is turned ON
- Select “Smart Cincy Wi-Fi”
- The browser on your device will open. Fill out the form and click “Login.”
You DO NOT need to be an altafiber customer to connect to Fioptics free Wi-Fi. Anyone can connect and use the app.

Bar/Concessions
The Pavilion Bar is open daily and features a delicious selection of soda, beer, wine, seltzer and more.

The Pavilion Bar is the perfect spot to grab a soft drink with lunch, enjoy Happy Hour before dinner downtown, or gather with friends at one of Elm Street Plaza’s free events throughout the year! The Pavilion Bar features a delicious selection of Coca-Cola products, beer, seltzers, and liquor from brands like Rhinegeist, Bacardi, Boone County Distilling Co., Cincinnati Beverage Co., Gallo, Guinness, Fifty West Brewing Company, Heineken, Michelob Ultra, Modelo, Ketel One Vodka, Tanqueray, Mom ‘n Em, and Casamigos. No outside alcohol is permitted on The Plaza. Bags and coolers are subject to search. Those bringing in outside alcohol may be ticketed for open container.

Interactive Fountain

Recycling
Elm Street Plaza has added recycling bins that accept glass, plastic and paper. The bins are located throughout the Plaza.
