3CDC is serving as the Development Manager for all convention district projects. Messer Construction Co. – working in partnership with Triversity Construction and Jostin Construction – is serving as the construction manager on the convention center renovation, including the creation of the Elm Street Plaza.
When not being utilized by conventions, 3CDC oversees daily management of Elm Street Plaza. We hold the same role at Fountain Square, Ziegler Park, Washington Park and Memorial Hall.
