Host Your Events at Elm Street Plaza
Hosting a get-together, birthday party or corporate function? Planning an event or performance? Look no further. Elm Street Plaza is a great space to host events both large and small. Check back in the spring for more information about renting the space.

Please note that any event that features the following aspects requires a permit:
- Amplified sound
- Selling food, alcohol, or merchandise
- Selling tickets
- A gathering of 50 or more people
- Events being promoted or marketed to the general public
- Requiring a setup, including tables, chairs, tents, etc.
All activities in Elm Street Plaza are subject to the Rules of the Board of Park Commissioners of the City of Cincinnati.
Event permits are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please fill out our Event Inquiry Form to check on available dates. Events may be booked no less than 14 days and no more than one year in advance.
